Democracy Village with defiant banned banner which may be removed very soon by the authorities, on the day that three Appeal Court Judges, Master of the Rolls Lord Neuberger, Lady Justice Arden and Lord Justice Sir Stanley Burnton, have ruled that Boris Johnson the Mayor of London can evict peace protesters from Parliament Square Gardens. 16th July 2010 Parliament Square Gardens, London
Legal note:
In short the Judges ruling places greater importance on the Gardens bylaws and regulations than Human Rights and War crimes. In layman’s terms it could be said that the blades of grass in Parliament Square Gardens have greater legal protection than human life and liberty under this ‘historic’ ruling.
