On the 2nd of June 2008 it was the seventh anniversary of Brian Haw’s continuous Parliament Square peace campaign. He said it was not some thing he was pleased about and I sensed that he did not want to be photographed on this day. Maria Gallastegui was talking to a bystander about the peace campaign, Steve Jago was showing Barbara Tucker a book, and someone was tapping a football across the melancholic lawn. There were also other people to celebrate the 7th anniversary but I could not help thinking about what Brian had just said and I left. Parliament Square, London, UK, 2nd June 2008
