Sian Colley's “Free Speech no war”, these cakes are defined by the Prime Minister Tony Blair government to constitute a terrorist threat and are at the time of eating an illegal tea in Parliament Square, under the Governments controversial law, Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, SOCPA; if police permission has not been obtained. The photographer was pleasantly surprised just how good illegal cakes tasted. Freedom is indeed sweet. Extra replacements cakes had been provided by Sian Colley the artist for the hungry, so the message remained. Parliament Square, London, UK, 21st April 2007
