Trellick Tower
Trellick Tower opened in 1972, (picture taken 2024). I am not a great fan of brutalist architecture but this one is a landmark. The British / Hungarian architect Erno Goldfinger, whose name inspired Ian Fleming, to name his James Bond book “Goldfinger” and the fictional criminal adversary to the fictional British secret agent James Bond character, 'Auric Goldfinger'. James Bond was named after the author of a book: “Birds of the West Indies”. If you know any famous novelists perhaps be careful not to tell them your name! North Kensington, London, 13 June 2024
