House with view. Former windmill. near Cholet, maine et loire.
This historic windmill has lost its wings (aile) but this type a moveable room, would have had wings on one side and the whole section could be turned to be orientated to different wind directions, played an important part in agriculture in its day. They may look a bit eccentric these days, especially set against the modern wind turbines éoliennes, but both brilliant designs and highly useful valuable techniques for energy.
