The briefing includes discussion on the history of the continuous Israeli policy of settlement colonisation into Palestine, the eviction, dispossession and denial of entry of Palestinians from these parts of Palestine, the illegally taking and exploitation of Palestinian land and resources such as water, an example the Israeli action of destroying over a thousand Palestine Olive Trees last year. Corridors, connections, rail, roads between the illegal settlements and Israel proper and its infrastructure, and the denial of these areas also of Palestine to the Palestinians. The connectedness of the colonisation policy to justify Israeli military presence in Palestine. The apartheid wall and its tragic effects of fragmenting Palestine and its people's land, lives and means of livelihood. Various peaceful options of response were suggested including highlighting and boycotting illegal settlement produces and commercial exports.
